According to the Ministry of Health and Population, in the last 24 hours 1,500 people recovered from the coronavirus infection.
94.9 percent people out of those infected with COVID-19 have recovered in Nepal. The number of people recovering from the virus has reached 2,35,731 (94.9%) in the country.
As of Sunday, there are 2,48,423 infection cases in the country. According to the Ministry there are 10,994 active cases of the virus with 830 new coronavirus cases added in last 24 hours. So far 1,698 deaths have been recorded with new nine deaths in the past 24 hours.
In total, 1.825 million 860 PCRs have been performed in Nepal with 5,181 PCR tests in last 24 hour.
