UAE has set a world record in testing for corona virus.
UAE has become the first country in the world to test more corona than its population.
UAE has conducted more than 10 million tests since the beginning of Corona epidemic. But the total population of UAE alone is 9.6 million. But China is the leading country in conducting the most corona tests.
China has conducted 160 million tests so far. The United States has conducted 19 million Covid 19 tests as of October 7. After the US, India has so far tested 80 million corona. Russia has so far conducted 50 million tests.
The official spokesperson of UAE government, Dr. Omar al-Hammadi told Khaleej Times that the country has conducted 720,802 medical examinations from September 30 to October 6.
This is 8 percent more than last week. The total number of cases in Corona increased by 16 percent during this period.
Recovery also increased by 23 percent. So far, 436 people have died in UAE and 1,01,840 have contracted corona.
According to Dr. Omar, more than 73 percent of deaths have occurred from corona this week. And UAE has one of the lowest coronal mortality rates in the world in September.
