Corona infection was confirmed in another 570 people in Nepal on Tuesday.
According to Ministry of Health, corona has been confirmed in another 570 people during tests conducted in different parts of the country.
According to the official website of Ministry of Health on Tuesday, another 252 corona cases have been reported in Kathmandu Valley. Out of the infected, 97 women and 155 men have been infected.
According to ministry, 225 people have been infected in Kathmandu, four in Bhaktapur and 23 in Lalitpur. Along with this, number of corona infected in Nepal has reached 160,400. Another 14 people have died due to corona and 876 people have died due to corona so far.
According to ministry, an additional 3,168 infected people were discharged on Tuesday, while 118,843 infected people have been cured so far. Currently, number of active infected people is 40,681.
Currently, there are 2,932 people in quarantine. Ministry has so far tested 1.46 million PCR samples in Nepal. A total of 2,725 PCR tests have been performed in the last 24 hours.
