Government has decided to operate long-distance transport and air travel from September 21.
Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to resume air flights and public transport. Both the services are being operated by adopting public health standards.
Vehicles will be able to carry only 50 percent of the seat capacity. Public transport and aviation were closed after the lockdown on April 25.
The government did not allow the operation saying there was a risk despite the businessmen demanding reopening.
