The number of Corona infected policemen working in the Metropolitan Police Circle, Maharajgunj, has reached 22. Earlier, nine people, including an inspector and a criminal, who was arrested for murder.
Angdorje Sherpa, accused of 'Manmaiju murder', was arrested and remanded in custody on August 16. After his PCR test report came positive, Corona was seen by the police who were in close contact.
Similarly, two policemen including an inspector have been found infected with corona in the cyber bureau of Nepal Police at Bhotahiti. The infected policemen of the bureau have been admitted to the isolation of Nepal Police Hospital.
A 'turn system' has been implemented for the police working in the cyber bureau to come to the office after seeing the infection.
