Sushant Singh Rajput's film 'Chhichore' declared the best film

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's film Chhichore has been declared the best film. Nine months after Sushant's death, his film won the Best Picture award. Film released in 2019 has been honored at the 67th National Film Awards announced on Monday. The director is Nitesh Tiwari.

Kangana Ranaut has been given the Best Actress award for Manikarnika and Panga. This is the fourth national award of his career. Best Actor Manoj Bajpayee and Dhanush have been declared. Best Supporting Actor Vijay Setupati.

Award was announced a year late. Award was not announced last year due to Corona epidemic. Award is given by the Film Festival Directorate under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of Central Government.

This award is traditionally distributed by the President. However, the 66th award was given by Vice President Venkaiah Naidu.
