Meteorological Department has forecast thunder and lightning in some parts of hilly areas of the country today.
According to the Division, weather will be generally clear in some parts of far-western region with partial cloud cover.
Currently, country is affected by local winds as well as westerly winds, said the department. Currently, there is partial cloud cover in hilly areas and weather in other places is generally clear.
There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in some parts of hilly terrain of the country on Tuesday.
Similarly, it is forecast to rain with thunder and lightning in some parts of the hilly region on Wednesday.
