Facing a motion of no confidence

 

Meeting of parliamentary party of Communist Party of Nepal-Oli has directed parliamentarians to actively focus on the activities of parliament.

At a meeting held at PM's residence in Baluwatar on Saturday, Prime Minister and Oli's parliamentary party leader KP Sharma Oli directed to move forward with determination in parliament, said Khim Lal Bhattarai, chief whip of National Assembly.

Bhattarai said that no one would even dare to bring a no-confidence motion. Bhattarai said in a meeting of his group of lawmakers that party leader Oli would face a no-confidence motion in parliament.

Bhattarai claimed that leaders on other sides would return to Oli's side. Bhattarai informed that 115 MPs participated in the meeting.

After the dissolution of parliament by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on December 20, CPN (Maoist) has been divided into two groups.

Prachanda-Nepal faction held a meeting of parliamentary parties on Friday. Meeting has selected Prachanda as the leader of parliamentary party.
