A case has been filed  in the Supreme Court against 'Prachanda'

A contempt of court case has been registered in the Supreme Court against CPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'. 

Advocate Samir Hayu has registered the case and the case is scheduled to be heard on Tuesday. It is understood that a case has been registered in the court against Prachanda's statement in the Biratnagar assembly.

Advocate Hayu has filed a case in the Supreme Court saying that Prachanda commented on the case under consideration in the court.

The Supreme Court has already ordered the prime minister, four former chief justices and former speaker Daman Nath Dhungana to appear in person to answer the contempt of court case.
