One person died and four others seriously injured in an auto rickshaw accident near Tiltali in Shikhar Municipality-8 on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Padam Jora, aged 53, of Shikhar-3.
The injured have been identified as Arjun Parki, aged 18, of Shikhar-3, Deepak Jora, 41, Jeet Jora, 40, and Naresh Parki, 17, of the same ward, said District Police Office Information Officer Indra Bahadur Malla.
According to the Area Police Office, Dipayal, two of the injured have been referred to Kailali and two others are undergoing treatment at Shaileshwari Hospital in Dipayal while other two are safe. Police said that there were seven passengers in auto.
