Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has requested government to extend deadline for filing income tax returns for Nepali industries till mid-April.
CNI said that industrialists have been submitting income tax returns and updating companies within the time limit set by the government last year.
Federation is committed to help businessmen affected by Corona influence to submit their income tax returns as soon as possible and to help government in collecting revenue by updating company, said Chairman.
As per the provision in existing Income Tax Act, estimated income tax details of current fiscal year should be submitted by mid-January.
