Supreme Court has rejected a petition by government to review corona infection test and free treatment.
A bench of Supreme Court Justices Sapna Pradhan Malla, Purushottam Bhandari and Harikrishna Karki on Wednesday decided not to proceed with the order issued by Ministry of Health and Population.
On September 3, Supreme Court had issued an order in the name of government to provide free corona PCR testing and treatment. However, Ministry of Health had ordered that it was legal to test and treat corona for a fee.
Government will not be allowed to charge PCR tests and treatment fees without the permission of concerned government.
