Australia to open border with New Zealand

The border, which has been closed for a long time due to Covid 19, was reopened on Friday.

Australian government has said it will open the border in a few weeks. Australian Deputy Prime Minister Mac Cormack made the announcement on Friday.

As Australia announces it will open its border with New Zealand, Australia's tourism activity in New South Wales and the North will increase.

Citizens of New Zealand and other countries will be able to enter Australia. In addition, they do not have to stay in quarantine after entering Australia.

The government has stated that they will be able to enter Australia after showing a doctor's certificate that they have no infection with Covid 19 and will not have to stay in quarantine even after they arrive there.

New Zealanders come to neighboring Australia as tourists and for various other activities. That's why Australians have long called for the border to be reopened.
