Asphodel Public School distributes relief to 150 families

Asphodel Public School has distributed food to needy to make up for the shortage in Corona epidemic.

School, with the help of Rotarians in the United States, distributed food to about 150 needy families in Kathmandu on Tuesday. School had distributed 10 kg of rice, 2 kg of pulses, 2 kg of sugar and 1 kg of gram to each family.

Similarly, sanitizers and masks have also been distributed keeping in mind the health risks, said school principal Birendra Shrestha.

Principal Shrestha said that relief has been distributed to the workers and people from the deprived communities who have to make ends meet by earning daily wages.

The organizers have stated that they will provide financial assistance to the Hundred Group under the program of feeding the needy people in the coming days as well.
