Police control the youths who came out in the motorcycle rally

Police have taken under control the youths who went to a motorcycle rally demanding re-appointment of Kulman Ghising as an executive director of Nepal Electricity Authority.

Police have taken youths under control when they reached Thamel from different parts of Kathmandu holding a motorcycle rally demanding re-appointment of the then executive director of NEA, Kulman Ghising. Before that, youths had reached Thamel by going around Patan, Lazimpat and Basantapur.

After Kulman Ghising's departure from the authority ended on Tuesday, there have been protests in some parts of the country, including Kathmandu, against the government and in support of Kulman.

Meanwhile, Ghising has urged not to hold rallies and other programs in his favor.
