Incidents of Corona infected patients being treated differently in the community have become public on a daily basis.
However, Kapilvastu police has given health kits to the infected people in isolation to discourage such incidents.
Fruits and health kits have been distributed to 31 infected people in isolation and home isolation of Kapilvastu Municipality under the coordination of District Police Office, Kapilvastu.
A team comprising Chief District Officer of Kapilvastu Dirgha Narayan Poudel, Superintendent of Police Nawaraj Adhikari, Superintendent of Armed Police Dhurba Karki and Chief of Investigation Jayendra Upadhyaya reached homes of the infected.
Kapilvastu Superintendent of Police Nawaraj Adhikari informed that infected people of Kapilvastu Municipality who have been infected with COVID 19 have been provided encouragement at home and program is planned to be conducted in other places as well.
The distributed health kits were assisted by UFAD and UNICEF while Kapilvastu police provided fruits to all.
