Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra has stated that he has a clear commitment to establish a credible judiciary and implement constitution.
Expressing best wishes on the occasion of the fifth constitution day, Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher said that he has a clear commitment to establish a credible judiciary and implement the constitution by ensuring an independent, impartial and capable judiciary and rule of law guaranteed by the constitution.
Chief Justice Shamsher Jabara said that the judiciary has always been active in ensuring justice to all through speedy and effective administration of justice while being sensitive to the responsibilities and role assigned by the constitution of Nepal.
Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher mentioned that all the state bodies could contribute from their respective levels to fulfill the long-standing aspirations of the common people for development and prosperity and to give a sense of good governance.
Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher also mentioned that the constitution aims to fulfill the aspirations of lasting peace, good governance, development and prosperity and to ensure social justice.
