Two trains purchased from India for operation from Janakpur to Jaynagar are coming to Nepal within this Bhadra. The Railways were procured between Nepal and India through GTG process.
General Manager of Nepal Railway Company Guru Bhattarai informed that the train will reach Nepal within Bhadra.
"The train will not come into operation until the outbreak of the Corona epidemic becomes normal, but the train will reach Nepal within Bhadra," he said.
The arrival of the train currently stationed at Hajipur station in Bihar, India has been delayed due to the corona virus infection.
General Manager Bhattarai clarified that the railway could not come into operation immediately as the transmission rate of corona epidemic was high in both the countries due to the need to run them 'cross border' between Nepal and India.
