Injunction Order in Saptari from Today

 

Stating that the infection of corona is increasing rapidly at the community level, the local administration in Saptari district has decided to issue a six-day injunction from Shrawan 20-26 starting today. The decision was taken at yesterday's meeting of the District Security Committee.

Chief District Officer Acharya said that all traffic, vehicles and shops will be closed in the restricted area except for urgent work.

Pursuant to Section 6930 of the Local Administration Act 2028 and Section 2 of the Infectious Diseases Act 2020, the District Security Committee has decided not to allow unnecessary movement within the Rajbiraj Municipality area.

It is mentioned in the press release that unnecessary movement has been imposed except for essential services such as agricultural works, means used for transportation of agricultural and livestock products, workshops, pharmacies, Food, Fruits and Vegetables, Hospitals and Healthcare Centers, Transportation of Goods and Construction, Government Printing Press, Communication Services, Banking Services, Internal Security, Operation and Distribution of Drinking Water, Storage and Distribution of Petroleum Products , Garbage collection and transportation, Electronic services,
