On Monday, 83 corona infections were added in Province 1. 183 new infections have been recorded in Province 1, including 44 in Morang.
According to the Ministry of Social Development of Province 1, 44 corona infections have been confirmed in Morang, 31 in Sunsari, seven in Jhapa and one from outside Province 1.
Out of 44 people in Morang, 29 are from Biratnagar. In Belbari, 7 women and 3 men, in Budhiganga village, 1 woman and 3 men, and in Sundaraharaicha, 1 man has been found infected.
According to the ministry, 12 women and 6 men have been infected in Sunsari's Dharan, 4 men in Gadhi, 4 men in Inaruwa municipality, 3 men in Dewanganj, 1-1 in Koshi and Ramdhuni municipalities.
Four in Damak of Jhapa, two in Shivasatakshi, one in Kankai and one in Province 2 have reported positive. Along with this, the number of corona infections in Province 1 has reached 2,092. Of them, 1,099 have recovered. On Monday, 24 people were infected.
