People did not feel about the current government

Leader of the Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal and MP Laxman Lal Karna has said that the people do not feel about the current government.

Speaking in an interview organized by Reporters Club Nepal on Wednesday, Karna claimed that the government had failed in the entire sector. MP Karna accused Prime Minister Oli of disturbing balanced relations with both India and China from the very beginning.

Similarly, Prime Minister Oli remarked that his statement that India was removing him from the post of Prime Minister was an insult to Parliament. Karna also argued that removing or retaining the prime minister was an internal matter of the CPN (Maoist).

Karna clarified that they initially supported the CPN (Maoist) government on the condition of amending the constitution but withdrew their support as the agreement was not followed.

Similarly, Pradip Poudel, a young leader of the main opposition party Nepali Congress, said that the current Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's style and working style was bad and that he should be guided.

Leader Poudel said that the referendum obtained by the CPN (Maoist) was historic and the government could not function according to the referendum.

Similarly, Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) leader Karna Bahadur Thapa clarified that the resignation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was irrelevant.

Thapa said that they were under the rule of law and upheld the supremacy of the constitution. Reminding that a two-thirds government was formed under the leadership of BP Koirala in 2015 BS, he said that the Nepali people have now given a two-thirds majority to the leadership of KP Sharma Oli.
