Corona Monitoring Committee formed by the Nepali Congress has discussed with the tourism entrepreneurs about the impact of Corona on the tourism sector.
The Corona Monitoring Committee formed by the Nepali Congress on Friday focused on the problems and solutions in the tourism business due to Corona.
During the discussion, Prakash Sharan Mahat, senior leader of the Nepali Congress and coordinator of the Covid-19 Monitoring Committee, said that the discussion was held with the objective of alerting the government by gathering accurate information about the impact of Corona on the tourism sector.
Similarly, Senior Vice President of Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) Binayak Sah said that the government needs to make special arrangements to protect the hotel staff.
Other tourism entrepreneurs participating in the discussion had accused the government of being a midwife in its policies and programs.
