Another 473 people were found infected with corona in Nepal on Thursday.
According to Dr Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population, 473 more people tested positive for the corona virus. With the addition of 473, the number of infected people in Nepal has reached 14,519.
Another 664 people have been discharged after treatment on Thursday. Including this, the number of discharges has reached 5320. Another died because of Corona.
In Kathmandu, the number of deaths due to corona infection has reached 31 with the death of a 48-day-old baby. A baby boy who was admitted to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj died on Wednesday due to respiratory problems. A spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr. Gautam informed.
After being admitted to the hospital, the corona was found to be 'positive' during the PCR test before the operation. Currently, 38,109 people are in quarantine across the country. According to the ministry, 10,137 people are in isolation. So far, 233,764 PCRs have been tested.
