Shiva Prasad Chaudhary, Chief Comptroller of the Office of the Comptrollerand Auditor General, Kapilvastu, said that there was no financial irregularity in the Kapilvastu Children's Home.
In the audit report submitted by Chief Comptroller Chaudhary to the District Administration Office, Kapilvastu, it has been stated that no amount has been embezzled in the Kapilvastu Children's Home.
The district administration office had assigned the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General to investigate and audit the case, despite allegations by some media outlets and some members of the children's organization that irregularities had taken place in the children's home.
According to the same responsibility, a team of government auditors led by Comptroller of the Exchequer Punya Prasad Panthi has conducted a week-long audit and found that there was no such thing as media coverage.
Chief Comptroller Chaudhary has handed over the audit report to Chief District Officer Dirgha Narayan Poudel. After receiving the audit report from the District Administration Office, the Kapilvastu branch of the Nepal Children's Organization has made the report public through a press conference.
Announcing the report, Raju Prasad Aryal, chairman of the children's organization, has urged all not to make unnecessary allegations and comments against the children's home run with holy thinking.
