Keeping your thoughts and emotion in a well state has become a difficult task during lockdown, where people are practicing social distancing instead of physical distancing letting our mental health affect in a worst manner. Keeping positive attitude is crucial in order to maintain sound mental health. Here are some ways to maintain positive mental health:

1. Connecting with others through virtual medium and meeting maintaining physical distancing

2. Keeping positive mindset whenever diverts to negative

3. Getting physically active with indoor games, yoga and house chores

4. Helping others if you can

5. Getting sound and enough sleep

6. Developing coping skills by talking with someone whom you feel comfortable

7. Staying away from news mainly at early morning hour, if possible follow positive news portals

8. Being mindful living in the present and not thinking about future

9. Getting a professional help if you need without any second thought
