Kathmandu’s District Administration Office has issued new forms to be filled by people wanting to leave the valley. The form is available online and should be filled and submitted with the details asked.
The form to be filled requires the personal details of the traveller, accompanying family members, vehicle and driver information along with the date of planned travel.
Along with the filled form, travellers also need to attach a recommendation letter from the concerned authority of the destination along with proof of necessity to travel.
The form also mentions that those selling the printed form cannot charge more than five rupees for the forms.
