Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 535 more people in Nepal on Monday.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, corona was found in 535 people during laboratory tests in different parts of the country. At the same time, the total number of confirmed infections has reached 9,561 across the country.
Of those infected, 2,142 have recovered and 23 have died. In the last 24 hours, 370 people returned home from the hospital free of coronavirus, informed spokesperson Jageshwar Gautam.
According to the ministry, 6,198 samples were tested using PCR in the last 24 hours. So far, it has been confirmed that Covid 19 has reached 19 in 75 districts, said spokesperson Gautam.
At present, 90,730 people are in quarantine across the country, most of them returnees from India, according to the ministry. Similarly, there are 7,779 people in isolation.
