In last 24 hours, 451 new corona infections have been added in Nepal.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, tests conducted in various laboratories across the country have confirmed corona infection in an additional 451 people. With this, the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 6 thousand 211.
According to Ministry spokesperson Prof. Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, 451 new infected people including 35 women and 416 men have been added. He said that 138,683 PCR tests have been conducted in Nepal so far.
Similarly, 219,336 RDT kits have been tested. In the last 24 hours, 5,306 PCR and 8,615 RDT samples have been tested, according to the ministry. Similarly, 1,041 people have been discharged so far, said spokesperson Gautam.
There are 133,829 people in quarantine and 5,151 people in isolation across the country.
