Nepali Congress (NC) has accused the government of weakening its role towards the people during the lockdown

Speaking at a press conference at the party office, Sanepa, Congress spokesperson Bishwaprakash Sharma said that the government had failed to solve the problems of the people within 50 days of the lockdown, even though it was mandatory to do so.

Announcing the 57-point warning, he said it was "shameful" for the prime minister to be involved in the game of power during this period, arguing that it was a "very responsible step in history" when the lives of the people were at stake.

Spokesperson Sharma said that the government has caused serious problems by allowing more than 200,000 people to enter in an unorganized manner before lockdown.

He said that the government was not serious about the condition of the workers.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was involved in cleaning up the corruption in the procurement of health items and the non-registration of the case of abduction of the MP was registered as a standard of governance.

He informed that the failure of the Congress to provide relief in the agricultural sector would have a negative impact on the coming year as well.

Similarly, the Congress has stated that it is a sad situation that vegetables are being exported from India but Nepali products are not getting market.

Similarly, Congress said that in view of the agreement reached between India and China in Beijing, the government has not taken any serious initiative to hold a dialogue with both the countries on the Lipulek issue.
