Janata Samajwadi Party Election Commission 

Janata Samajwadi Party is formed after the unification between Samajwadi Party and Rajpa. They has applied to the Election Commission for party registration.

Leaders including Sharad Singh Bhandari had arrived. The signature of the newly formed Central Committee is required to register a party with the Election Commission.

Before that, the central committee of the party concerned has to meet and decide on party unity. Only then the party registration process begin.

Rajpa and Samajwadi Party leaders rushed to the commission and handed over the letter of agreement to the commission on Wednesday night.

Similarly, the new party registration application number is 1388, according to the commission.

After registering the petition, leader Sarat Singh Bhandari said, “The agreement reached between the two parties has been submitted to the commission and the commission will start the process.” 

He also said that the documents requested by the commission would be submitted soon.

Similarly, leader Upendra Yadav said, he had informed about the formation of Janata Samajwadi Party. 

Similarly, leader Keshav Jha informed that the agreement letter of unity has been submitted and will be submitted after the signature of the Central Committee is blocked.

On Wednesday night, Rajpa and Samajwadi Party agreed on four points and declared party unity.

The agreement signed by 4-4 top leaders of both the parties states that the party will be united on the basis of equality, the newly formed party will be named Janata Samajwadi Party, the party's flag will be Samajwadi and the election symbol will be used by Rajapaksa.

After preparing to register, the party hurriedly decided to unite with the Rajpa.
