Death count reached four because of Corona
The number of death reached four because of corona virus in Nepal.
An old man of Kalaiya, Bara, who died on May 17 at the National Medical College in Birgunj, has tested positive for coronavirus.
The 70-year-old was admitted to the National Medical College after he was diagnosed with kidney problems. “Swab with suspicious symptoms was collected and sent it to Kathmandu for testing. Now I have received an email saying that I have just got a positive result,” said Superintendent of Narayani Hospital Madan Kumar Upadhyaya.
He was admitted to the National Medical College for treatment due to kidney problems. Despite his death on May 17, Corona's report is positive today, he said. The family of the deceased has already conducted his funeral.
Earlier, a pregnant woman from Sindhupalchowk, a young man from Banke and a teacher from Gulmi had died of corona infection.
